Spa Policy

Appointments:
We recommend making appointments at least one week in advance. We are happy to schedule them with less notice depending on the availability of our services at that time.

Cell Phones:
In order to maintain a relaxing atmosphere, we ask that you please turn off all cell phones for respect to others.

Punctuality:
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment so you can enjoy our relaxation room.

Cancellation Policy:
To ensure the highest level of service we do ask for a 24-hour cancellation. Spa packages, please cancel within a one-week period.

Gift Certificates:
Gift Certificates are available for any service or in any dollar amount.

Payments:
We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, personal checks and SpaFinder gift certificates.
